Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY)

MUFY is a pathway that provides the academic bridge for students to progress successfully to undergraduate studies at Monash University. Just as Monash is a passport to a fulfilling career and rewarding life, MUFY is the passport to a rich learning experience at Monash. Designed by Monash academics, the MUFY program prepares students for admission into a wide range of Monash University undergraduate degrees (Sunway College Malaysia).

School of Business Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Commerce	1 Year	Feb & Jul	Obtained a minimum of 70% average grade over Level 2 and 3 of the undergraduate degree in specialised area of business units. Successfully completed at least one unit in statistics or econometrics as part of the undergraduate degree.
School of Engineering Master of Advanced Engineering	1 Year	Feb & Jul	Minimum average of 70% in a 4-year Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary Institution Minimum average of 65% in a 4-year Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognised tertiary Institution with 5 years of relevant working experience Minimum average of 70% in a 3-year Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognised tertiary Institution with 2 years of relevant working experience.
School of Information Technology Master of Business Information Systems	2 Years	Feb & Jul	A completed qualification equivalent to an Australian undergraduate degree, but not necessarily in an IT-related discipline, with an overall pass average.
School of Medicine & Health Sciences Postgraduate Diploma in Biomedical Science	1 Year	Feb & Jul	Completed a 3-year bachelor degree in the relevant field with an average of 60% or higher in at least 24 points of third year level relevant units Qualifications deemed equivalent by Monash University.
School of Science Postgraduate Diploma in Science	1 Year	Feb & Jul	Successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) with at least a distinction grade average (70%) in 24 points of level three units in the intended discipline. The qualification upon which the admission to the Postgraduate Diploma in Science is based mush have been completed no more than 5 years prior to commencement of the course, or any other qualifications recognisedby Monash University.

Satisfactorily completed a minimum of two standard full-time semesters (48 Credits, 1 year,) or equivalent in an English medium educational institute
6.5 in IELTS, no band less than 6.
